A mission-driven Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations in a collaborative, rural healthcare environment. Reporting directly to the CEO/CFO, this leader will drive organizational development, compliance, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives to support a high-performance culture.
What You’ll Lead
✔ Recruitment, onboarding & retention strategies
✔ Employee relations, coaching & performance management
✔ Labor law compliance & HR policy oversight
✔ Compensation, benefits & HR reporting functions
✔ Workforce planning & leadership support initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of HR leadership in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
