- 10+ ORs with full perioperative scope: Pre-op, OR, PACU, SPD
- Strong nursing and tech base already in place
- Executive support from a dedicated CNO
- System-level backing, including a Regional Surgery Director who understands both the strategy and the local culture

- RN and Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred
