SCOPE: 21 OR (with hybrid and trauma rooms)
7 direct reports/120 FTEs

Surgeons and anesthesiologists that truly respect and honor staff and work collegially with all.
SEEKING: An experienced director of surgical services who has the following:
- BSN/Masters in related healthcare/business
- Foundation in nursing in the OR (no clinical work required in role, but must have
- OR RN experience in background)
- Collaborative leader who is supportive, accountable, and can lead teams effectively.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in OR Operations/business acumen.
- Passionate about patient centered delivery and maintaining high employee engagement.
- Excellent physician relationship skills
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Strategic and innovative mindset
