This role is about stepping into momentum and helping drive the next phase.
The Department at a Glance
- 15+ ORs running 45 to 60 cases daily
- Robust Robotics program
- Cardiovascular Hybrid Suite, Neuro, Robotics
- Large GI Suite and Outpatient Surgery Center
- PACU and multiple Pain Suites
- 10 direct reports including Coordinators, Charge Nurses, and a Supervisor
This is high-volume, high-complexity perioperative leadership.

- Optimize throughput and block utilization
- Develop frontline leaders and succession bench strength
- Strengthen surgeon relationships and daily operations
- Support continued growth in Robotics and specialty service lines
- Drive accountability while maintaining strong team engagement
You will partner directly with a Director who has already proven she can rebuild and elevate a department. There is alignment at the top.

Requirements:
- RN and Bachelor's required, Master's preferred
