Interim Nurse Case Manager
Northern California
Position:
Join a respected California healthcare organization as an Interim Nurse Case Manager. In this role, you will assess, develop, and coordinate individualized care plans to ensure members receive appropriate, high-quality care while meeting regulatory and organizational standards. You'll work independently, collaborate with leadership, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes through effective care coordination and advocacy.
Interim details:
- Basic knowledge of computers is required.
- Able to work 100% remotely, required.
- 4+ month Interim assignment position.
- Equipment / hardware included.
- Must live in the state of California as a resident, required.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN),
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing,
- Unrestricted California Registered Nurse license, required
- Certified Case Manager Certification, preferred.
- 3+ years clinical experience as a nurse in a hospital or clinic setting, required
- 3+ years of recent experience working in case management, utilization Management or discharge planning, required.
- Experience as a clinical nurse in a managed care setting, preferred.
- Experience working with Medi-Cal and/or Medicare populations is strongly preferred.
- Experience with CALAIM or ECM, preferred.
Salary: $55.00 per Hour
