A community-focused hospital is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Facilities to provide hands-on leadership during a planned transition. This high-impact role oversees facilities operations including plant operations, maintenance, environmental services, safety, and capital projects. You will partner closely with executive leadership to assess current teams and operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and help guide priorities during a period of growth and expansion.
Interim Role Highlights:
- 3-month interim contract (month-to-month thereafter)
- Furnished housing and rental car (if needed)
- Monthly trips home

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven healthcare facilities leadership experience, required
✔️ Strong working knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA, NFPA, and life safety standards
✔️ Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and overseeing construction or renovation projects
✔️ Collaborative, visible leadership style with strong communication skills
✔️ CHFM preferred, with equivalent experience considered
