A growing community Hospital reached out asking us to assist them in finding a new Finance Director to work closely with an innovative Chief Financial Officer to manage the financial/business department. This full-service hospital and its extensive network of clinics offers a full slate of healthcare services to the local community but to those surrounding communities.
Finance Department Stats:
- Direct Reports: 17+ (including 2 managers)
- Oversees: General Accounting, Budgets, Supply Chain, Payroll, Cost Reporting, Audits and Forecasting.
- Annual Revenue: $340,000,000.00+
- Patient Revenue: $300,000,000.00+
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's, prepared in Accounting or Finance, CPA, FHFMA or CHFP preferred with 5+ years of Hospital Revenue Cycle, Controller and Finance experience and 3+ years of progressive leadership experience. Current working knowledge of healthcare revenue and reimbursement principles, required.
