Part of an already elite faith based, not-for-profit healthcare system, this brand-new campus will open the first quarter of 2025 and will be considered one of the most technologically advanced facilities in the country. Every room gives tech access to the patient to see who their doctors and nurses are, and each patient can control the room temperature, food options, and other individual preferences during their hospital stay. It is considered to be the “smart hospital of the future.”
This campus is looking to hire a director of their brand-new Heart Center. This person will be responsible for their Cath lab, AOD Special Procedures, Cardio Diagnostic Imaging, and Endoscopy Services. The total number of employees will be approximately 40, and this Director will report to the CNO, who has been part of this system for 27 years. She is considered to be a servant leader highly skilled in building relationships.
The target start date for this candidate is June 3rd, so they want to expedite the interview process to get the right person at a great hospital!
Salary: Salary is based on years of experience, education, and how well you interview. The midpoint for this role is $167,000 and is eligible for a management incentive bonus – 14% and a Deferred Retention Bonus – 7% after 3-year vesting period.
Requirements:
- RN required, BSN required, Masters in Healthcare related field required.
- At least seven years in cath lab services on the inpatient acute care side required, three years in clinical nurse leadership required.
- Must have previous Director level experience.
