Join a community hospital that has a new opportunity in their busy Emergency Services department. This ER Leader will have some direct patient care and management responsibilities. Mentoring the new ED Nurses and EDT's. This position works closely with the Chief Nursing Officer.
Type of Work: Full time, Onsite
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, required.
- Master's degree in Nursing or in process of obtaining, required.
- 3-5+ years of Clinical nursing experience in an acute care facility, required.
- 2-3+ years of progressive leadership experience in Emergency Services, required.
- Previous experience educating and mentoring, preferred.
- Current Oregon RN License, required.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, required. CEN, preferred.
Leadership Skills: Effective Communicator – Mentor – Problem solving skills – Team builder.
