A well established, mission-driven hospital is seeking a Director of Facilities to provide strategic oversight of its physical environment and infrastructure. This leader will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, compliant, and highly functional environment that supports exceptional patient care and staff operations.
This is an opportunity for an experienced facility professional to lead plant operations, capital planning, and safety initiatives within a regulated healthcare setting while partnering closely with executive leadership.

What You Will Do
- Lead facilities and plant operations across the organization
- Oversee safety, compliance, and regulatory readiness
- Manage operating and capital budgets
- Support construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects
- Lead emergency preparedness and facility planning efforts
- Develop and support a high-performing facilities team
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of facilities or plant operations experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role (healthcare knowledge, required)
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- CHFM certification, a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
