This role requires presence, not just policy oversight.
Background They Need
- RN required
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred; 7+ of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of Case/Care Management leadership in a hospital setting
- Experience in discharge planning, patient progression, and regulatory compliance
- Case Management Certification preferred
