This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care, technology optimization, and departmental performance.
Role Highlights
- Lead and manage all imaging operations, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Develop, mentor, and engage imaging staff while fostering a high-performance culture
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency, service quality, and financial performance
- Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and enhance patient experience
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, reduce expenses, and support program growth
Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
✔️ ARRT Certification, required
✔️ 5-10 years of medical imaging experience
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and operational problem-solving skills
✔️ Advanced knowledge of radiology equipment, procedures, and imaging technologies
