A mission-driven behavioral health organization is seeking two Advanced Practice Providers to join its care team. These roles are based in an innovative acute care behavioral health setting and focus on providing compassionate, collaborative care to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises.

Position Highlights
✔️ Salary Range: $115K–$145K annually (DOE)
✔️ Full-time, benefited roles
✔️ Acute care behavioral health setting (crisis, detox, and urgent care)
✔️ Team-based, multidisciplinary model
Role Overview
Advanced Practice Providers will deliver medical evaluation and treatment to individuals experiencing behavioral health and substance use crises. Providers function as key members of a multidisciplinary treatment team and support evidence-based, recovery-focused care.
Day Shift: Primary focus on rounding and ongoing care for patients admitted to crisis and detox units
Night Shift: Primary focus on behavioral health urgent care, with some coverage of crisis and detox units
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with mental health, substance use, and related medical needs
- Provide medication management, withdrawal monitoring, and harm reduction–focused care
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
