Chief Human Resources Officer (Hospital)

A chance to be a key driver in the successful growth of this Community Hospital. The CHRO is responsible for creating and maintaining a strategic workforce plan, as well as the day-to-day HR Operations within a hospital. He/she focuses on the acquisition, development and culture of the best talent, critical drivers to achieve this hospital’s goal of becoming the best place to work in health care. The CHRO proactively works with hospital leadership and reports directly to a dynamic CEO.
The hospital is looking for a progressive CHRO who has experience of at least 5 to 7 years in a top HR leadership position within an acute care facility. Also must be able to demonstrate a high track record or driving organizational performance and employee engagement. Ideally a BS Degree in Business, HR Management or related field strongly recommended and a Master’s degree or SPHR preferred. Community Hospital experience, strongly preferred.
