Magnet Program Manager
Western US

 

A Level III Trauma Center is looking for a seasoned Magnet Program Manager to take them through their initial Magnet Journey.  Specifically, this Director would direct/coordinate the training and team activities associated with the Magnet initiative and sustaining Magnet designation through ANCC Magnet Recognition Program.  The Magnet Program Manager will report to and work closely with a dynamic Chief Nursing Officer.

 

Candidates, will have recent experience successfully leading a hospital through the Magnet Journey.   Skilled in developing and implementing effective educational programs designed to assist the staff in building expertise and implementing the Forces of Magnetism.  Master and/or Doctorate in Nursing with a current RN license, required and 5-10 years of clinical and progressive leadership experience in an acute care facility.   Proficient in advanced technical writing, required.

 

This location has a plethora of outdoor activity for the entire family and Dinosaurs alike!  With National Parks in your back year and a dramatic Mountain vistas this is a must see city.   The region offers a  great climate to for hiking, skiing, mountain climbing,  running with the wild horses, viewing Buffalo herds or museum hoping to absorb the history!.
