NICU Manager

Southwestern Region


Large Not-for-Profit, Community-based Hospital. The hospital has been awarded the Gold Plus Achievement Award. The NICU Manager will report to a great Director who we actually placed with the organization. She has a passion for the community and she is continually working to grow and mentor her staff.


This is a highly skilled Large Level III NICU. The position will oversee 75+ FTE’s.

Requirements: BSN required. 5+ years of clinical NICU experience along with 2+ years of leadership experience in NICU. Large Level III NICU experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of LEAN process required. If you have a servant leader mentality and are able to think critically and work collaboratively, this may be the role for you.
