Position Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Nurse Manager to lead and develop their 75-bed medical-surgical nursing unit. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of their nursing department during a period of significant growth and clinical expansion. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, proven leadership acumen, and a genuine passion for nursing staff development and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing team across multiple units
- Drive recruitment and retention to build a stable, permanent nursing workforce
- Foster healthy unit culture focused on education, training, and clinical excellence
- Manage operations and budgets while maintaining high-quality patient care
Requirements
- BSN required; MSN or related graduate degree preferred
- Strong clinical background in medical-surgical nursing
- Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and staff mentorship abilities
Benefits and Compensation
