SCOPE:
- 200 patients a day/73K visits
- 55 beds
- 150 psych visits per month
- 100 FTEs
- Reports to CNE
- Mentor for green manager
SEEKING: An experienced Director of Emergency Services who has the following:
- BSN/Masters in related healthcare/business
- Must have Level I or Level II Trauma experience.
- Epic experience required.
- Foundation in nursing in the ER (no clinical work required in role, but must have ER RN experience in background)
- Collaborative leader who is supportive, accountable, and can lead teams effectively.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ER Operations/business acumen.
- Passionate about patient centered delivery and maintaining high employee engagement.
- Excellent physician relationship skills
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Strategic and innovative mindset
