Informatics Manager, RN

Do you know someone who is an RN who enjoys bringing together patient care, technology, and leadership? We are partnering with a community-focused healthcare organization looking for an experienced Informatics Manager, RN to lead its Informatics team and help improve how technology supports clinicians and patient care.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, collaborative leader who enjoys solving problems, improving clinical workflows, and working closely with nursing, physicians, and IT teams.
A Few Highlights:
- Lead and support the Informatics team, overseeing daily operations and projects
- Support Cerner EMR/EHR system, including implementation, optimization, and improvements
- Partner with clinical teams to improve workflows, documentation, and patient safety
- Provide training and guidance to nursing staff, physicians, and other departments
- Work closely with IT and clinical leadership on technology and process improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Current RN license, required
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's or Master's preferred
- 3+ years of healthcare experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills
- Experience with Cerner EHR systems in a healthcare setting, required
- Experience with clinical informatics or optimization, preferred
