Arkansas | $120K–$175K DOE | Reports to the Board of Directors
The Opportunity
Our client, a CARF-accredited community mental health center serving Arkansas, is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership across a five-location system of care. Programs include outpatient, youth, residential day, and detox services.
With approximately 87 FTEs, a recently renewed CARF accreditation, and diversified revenue streams, including a state block grant that recently grew revenue, the organization has built a strong foundation of accountability and is positioned for continued growth.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated business and financial leadership experience within behavioral health
- Experience managing budgets, grants, and public funding sources such as state block grants and service contracts
- Multi-site operational leadership experience
- Experience with CARF accreditation and behavioral health regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with behavioral health EMR systems
Preferred
- Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Multi-site leadership in a community mental health or substance use treatment setting
- Experience with Credible EMR
Compensation & Benefits
- $120K–$175K, depending on experience
